Clinic Guidelines and Covid-19
Please read the following information regarding Covid-19 measures in place at the clinic
The Chinese Medicine Centre is open and able to offer acupunture treatment with all the safety procedures in place to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our patients and staff.
We are following the all guidelines set out by the government, the British Accupuncture Council and the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine.
We are operating on an appointment only basis and therefore if you wish to come to the clinic for treatment please telephone us on 01270 629222 to arrange a time for your visit.
We are also able to offer initial consultations over the telephone or on Zoom.
Please do not come to the clinic if you, or anyone you have been in contact with, is suffering from the symptoms of Covid-19.
HYGIENE MEASURES AT THE CLINIC

Strict hand hygiene measures in place at all times.

PPE worn by practitioner includes face mask, gloves and apron.

Patients are asked to wear a mask, coving their nose and mouth when entering the clinic.

To allow for the sanitising and ventilation of treatment rooms to take place we allow 60 minutes between treatments per room. In this time the rooms are thoroughly sanitised with 75% alcohol. The windows in each room are opened to provide fresh air and thorough ventilation between patients.

Sanitising of the clinic, including handles and hand rails, take place throughout the day.

Blankets are no longer provided but patients are welcome to bring their own blanket for use during treatment.
